Delivery is currently only offered in the Kelowna area, this includes Quail Ridge, University, Downtown Kelowna, Dilworth, Rutland, Gallagher's to the Upper Mission. (No West Kelowna or Black Mountain, sorry!)

Placing an Order
You must be 19+ to place a delivery order, we'll verify at the door
All orders are paid online through our secure checkout (no cash on delivery). Minimum $25 order for all delivery.
Need to make a change? Give us a call or update your order before it heads out.
At checkout, be sure to select "Delivery" as your order type.
The delivery order will be prepared as soon as possible and our driver will reach out when they're on the way. If you have a preferred delivery time, please include it in the "Special Instructions".

Accepting your delivery
Delivery is available in Kelowna 7 days a week from 2:30pm - 9:30pm (3:30pm - 10:30pm on Fridays).
Your order will arrive within the 60-minute window provided by your delivery driver.
Need it sooner? Add "ASAP" in your Special Instructions, if we can make it happen, we'll text to confirm.
Your order will always be delivered by a Flora team member, no third-party drivers.
At the door
Orders must be accepted by a person who is 19 years or older.
Please have two pieces of ID ready.
We'll need to grab a quick signature on delivery and then you're good to go!
